At LEKI, we stand behind the quality of our poles and gear, offering a 30-day return window for all unused products in their original packaging. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we make the return process simple and efficient to get you back on the trail.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside the box.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original condition and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned gear, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
